Blog Blast 2011! Interview With Stormy Glenn

If you had to write yourself as a villain, what kind of villain would you be? What would you be named? 

I would go for simple torture… like, making someone watch reruns of Bonanza for days. Then I'd just play the theme song over and over again for hours until they begged for mercy. As for a name, that I would have to think about… but something un-menacing, like Bob… I don't want them to see me coming.

What is the strangest source of writing inspiration you've ever had? 

A cookie sheet. I was making dinner one night when I grabbed a cookie sheet and a sudden thought came to me. I handed the cookie sheet off to one of my kids and told them to finish making dinner. I ran to my computer and worked on "Just A Taste of Me"…

You come back from the dead as a spirit, what message are you trying to get across? 

My husband damn well better mourn me for all eternity or I'll haunt his ass!

If you were a world ruler and you were given a choice of 3 laws to enact, what would they be?

1. "Do unto others…" would become the national credo…giving, sharing, treating others equally, understanding, and tolerance would be taught in schools, made the norm instead of the exception.
2. Politicians could only be in office for 5 years then new ones are votes in (and by new, I mean someone that has never been in office before. No lifetime politicians).
3. All old-age homes would be closed down. The elderly should be revered for their life experience and wisdom. They should be treated with respect and live out their days surrounded by family.

If your muse were to talk behind your back, what secrets would he/she tell? 

Stormy is way flighty. He mind jumps around like a bunny rabbit. Procrastination is her middle name. And her head is constantly in the clouds. Good luck getting her to make dinner on time. Sooo not going to happen.

If you were a Superheroine/Hero, would you wear tights and a cape?

Um, no…I look ridiculous in tights. But a cape would be interesting…LOL…I could get away with wearing pajamas in public. Course, the fuzzy bunny slippers would show but…

You are told you have to meet one paranormal creature, no safeguards, what do you choose? What do you bring with you?

Definitely a werewolf and I'd bring a steak… raw steak, maybe an entire side of cow just to be safe.

You have to ask a fictional character out on a date. Who would you ask and what would you do together? 

WOW, I'd like to ask one of my hot and gorgeous guys I write about but I'm not their type…LOL… other than that, I'd have to go with either Clive Owen or Sean Connery. The accent does it to me every time. I'd just sit and listen to them talk…sigh!
